We store your email address, selected water systems, burn-ban preference, consent confirmation time, and delivery records to provide the alerts you request.
Our hosting and email delivery providers process these records to operate the service. We do not publish subscriber addresses or sell them. Your email is used for subscription confirmation and the alerts you choose.
Unsubscribing removes your address and preferences from the active subscription record. We retain a subscription identifier, unsubscribe time, and delivery records to prevent repeat sends; hosting backups and the email provider may retain earlier records.
To change your choices, submit the signup form again and confirm the new email. Your existing choices continue until you confirm.
